  Hi,

  We are using Farpoint Web Spread 2.0.2 with VS.Net 2003. We want to migrate to VS 2005 and .Net 2.0, Is the same software compatible with VS.Net 2005. Or should we go for newer downloads? Are there any extra licensing costs?

  I understand Web spread 3.0 is the latest version of the product that is compiled on .Net 1.1 and .Net 2.0. Is this version or any version be compatible with .Net framework 3.0

  If you decide to stay with version 2 of the product, there is not any costs, but you will need to get the latest maintenance release to have it work in Visual Studio 2005. However, I would suggest paying for the upgrade to version 3 to not only get all the new features, but also get a 2.0 framework build of the control. This version will also work on the 3.0 framework.

  Our Web application uses Farpoint spread version 4.0.35 for .Net frame work 3.5.
  
  Now we are planning to upgrade .Net frame work to 4.7.1 version.
  
  Could you please confirm does spread 4.0.35 supports .Net latest version 4.7.1?
