How Can I View Issues?

    Hi,

How can I view current / resolved issues? For example, in the Release Notes for Version 9.20.20161.0 and 9.35.20161.0 I am interested in reading the details behind this particular resolved issue:

Adding rows now works correctly. [146496]

I assume the number 146496 is referring to a bug report. Am I able to view such bug reports?

    Thanks,

    Scott.

    Hi Scott,

Yes, the number is referring to the submitted bug report to the development team.

Sorry but these reports are internal and are not accessible to the public. Please note these reports do not necessarily contain what changes were done to fix an issue. These reports only contain information about the issue that was reported and when it was fixed.

Is there any specific requirement for which you want to access these reports or want the details?

    Regards

I work with Scott and what his question was about was a behaviour change we encountered when we upgraded our projects to Spread 14 from Spread 8.

We were just wanting to see if that fix cited related and if so we might see more detail on what the change was to better see how it impacts our code.

    Hi Mike,

We checked with the ID that Scott provided in the original post. It was initially reported as a performance issue while adding rows and some internal checks were added to improve that.

Since you are migrating from Spread 8, there will be some changes as for every release enhancement, and fixes are done for Spread. If you have any issues or need any other information, you can create a support case and we will help you accordingly.
