Unable to drop FPSpread on a WinForm

  I am new to Spread.NET. I am using version 16. I tried dropping a FPSpread onto Form 1 in VB.Net and got an error. It is not working. Please see the attached image of the error. Can anyone help me? My ticket is taking too long.
