  Hi teams,
  
  I have this error when I clicked on back color ribbon menu. So I don’t know what event caused that error and how to resolve them because it’s a lib error of spreadjs.

  Hi,

  We have tested the online designer(https://www.grapecity.com/spreadjs/designer/index.html) and it is working fine without any errors. Could you please share a sample that replicates the issue so that we could investigate it further and help you accordingly?

  Do we have any setting that can cause this error? Like set back color/fonts/fore-color or anything else? It’s occurred when we click on back color ribbon menu

  No, We don’t have any setting that may cause this issue. Please provide a sample for an investigation that will enable us to investigate the issue.
