  Hi All,

  I am facing issue of decorator is not a function.
  
  Please find the same issue raised earlier in the link https://github.com/angular/angular-cli/issues/16870, we are getting same issue in
  
  var decorator = decorators[i], when i = 0 then decorators[0] is giving the undefined as error.

  I am able to replicate the issue on my end and have informed the same to the DEV team for further investigation. Please note the internal tracking id for further communication on this issue: WJM-22274

  However, it would be really helpful if you could provide the following information:

  • Wijmo version that you are currently using and the version to which you are upgrading.
  • Use case of using the deprecated reflect-metadata package(https://angular.io/guide/deprecations#reflect-metadata).
