  is wijtree() implemented using jquery wijmo complete 2.3.9 still free to use
  
  or is it commercial library now?

  we are trying to upgrade jquery 1.8 to 3.4

  The mentioned specified product is an older product and it maintenance has been ended.

  You may use this API still for free. But we are not sure about the issues with the latest version jquery 3.4.
