  Hi,

  We are experiencing an error, only in a Citrix published apps environment, when trying to export data from a C1 flexgrid component to Excel.

  Error 57
  
  The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open

  Has anyone come across this previously or can suggest potential things to look at?

  Hello,
  
  The error you are facing does not seem to be related to C1FlexGrid.
  
  We did a general search on the internet and found that the problem seems to be related to locking on DLLs OR multiple users accessing the same file. You can try referring to the following links to troubleshoot the issue at your end:
