  I can't seem to find the Converters.Format parameters anywhere in the documentation. Can someone please point me to them. Ideally I would like to format the number so I got a certain number of significant figures and scientific notation if it is a small enough decimal.

  I suppose in your case it's simpler to create own converter. That shouldn't be difficult.
