How to implement numeric sorting on a string column in Flexgrid .net 6.0 WPF

  I have a string column in the Flexgrid that returns either an empty string or a number, I would like to sort that using number sort. right now it is working like a string sort.
  
  I am using .Net 6.0, can you please let me know how to handle this?
