How to Embed an image into an RDL or Page Report

Background:

This article shows how to embed an image in an RDL or Page Report.

Steps to Complete:

1. In your RDL/Page Report, go to your Report Explorer and right-click Embedded Images to Add Embedded Image

2. Locate your image in the file explorer and then click “Open”. You should now be able to see the image name added in your report explorer under Embedded Images

3. Add the Image tool to the design surface of your report and then go to the Properties of the Image tool

4. In the Source Property, set the property to Embedded

5. Then in the Value Property, select the embedded image that you added to your report explorer
