How to fix Conversion tool not appearing in tools

Background:

After installing or upgrading Active Reports you may experience a problem where your conversion tool may disappear in the "tools" tab

Steps to Complete:

1. First check the product requirements for your ActiveReports version

2. If you are out of product requirements this is usually why. If you meet requirements continue to step 3

3. Run the installer again, choose "repair".

4. If the issue still doesn't fix, contact support
