    We are having an issue with the componentone asp.net controls interfering with existing jquery functionality on a page. The controls are automatically including a copy of jquery v1.3.2 on the page whilst we are currently using v1.4.2

    Is it possible for this not to happen or at least happen in a way that doesn't interfere with our existing functionality?

    you need to register your version of jQuery on a page and turn off UseEmbeddedjQuery property of C1 controls, like shown below

    <script src="Path/To/Jquery.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

    <c1:C1Control ... UseEmbeddedjQuery="false">

    Thanks for getting back to me. Despite using setting that to false the problem still persists. The problem appears to be that the TabControl ignores this property and includes embedded jquery anyway. This is the same problem as reported here: helpcentral.componentone.com/.../230623.aspx

    I have created a support ticket for this: 898-128

    I just want to know if you already solved the issue with the Jquery? Coz right now, componentone control is conflicting with jquery.

    Hi ddm0805,

    Are you using the C1 Ajax controls or the new Wijmo controls?
    Also, what version of the C1 controls are you using?
