    Hello,

We have reports running in an ASP.NET 5 web application under a Linux container and not text is showing when running a report with RtfExport.

    This report uses SectionReports.

The report works fine with PdfExport.

We are installing the ttf-mscorefonts-installer package to resolve other font issues.

We are installing the libgdiplus as directed in the documentation.

The report is very simple with a couple text box controls bound to data. I have tried using Label controls also with no success.

This is for the ASP.NET Core Runtime 5.0 container. mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet/aspnet:5.0

    Hello,

It is not supported in the AR15. Please refer to the topic “Notes for Section Reports support on Linux environment” in the following link:

    https://www.grapecity.com/activereportsnet/docs/v15/online/requirements.html

    Thanks,

    Mohit

Thanks for getting back to me on this. Are there plan to support this in the future?

Also, maybe you should update your marketing pages with these exclusions. Currently it says “Deploy your .NET reports to Linux with pixel-perfect rendering, printing, and exporting”. That’s pretty misleading when there seems to be all kinds of issues with Linux.

Yes, there is a plan to support in future(May be AR16)

That’s pretty misleading when there seems to be all kinds of issues with Linux.

Can you please poin the documentation link to me.
