  i try to start a c1live update to latest version but that’s not working.
  
  i only get the message error message:

  unable to connect to the Webservice error was:
  
  HTTP-Status 405: Method Not Allowed[/b]

  Hi Karin,

  It is a known issue and our developers are working on it to get it resolved ASAP.
  
  In the meantime, you can use the ComponentOneControlPanel utility to update your controls.

  Still getting this error for WinForms

  11:08:21 PM ComponentOne Studio for WinForms (.NET 4.0) 4.0.20201.416 4.0.20202.438 Failed

  Hi Zubair,

  Sorry, we do not face the issue with C1Live at our end. Can you please try again and share the screenshot of the error so that we can further investigate this?

  Meanwhile, you can also use the ComponentOneControl panel utility to update the controls.

  Note: The lastest version available on C1Live is 20201.416 and on C1ControlPanel utility it is 20201.424 which is the latest version.

  You update your control to the latest version by following the below-given steps:
  
  1: Run the ComponentOneControlPanel utility.
  
  2: Go to the UPDATE tab under the PRODUCTS tab.
  
  3: Check the option: Include prerelease and hotfix versions.
  
  4: Expand WinForms and click the update button.
