GrapeCity Developer Solutions Releases Wijmo 2020 v3
Pittsburgh, PA – November 11th, 2020 GrapeCity, a global provider of award-winning enterprise software development tools, is pleased to announce the Wijmo 2020 v3 release. The highlights of Wijmo v3 include support for Angular 11, Vue 3, and React 17, a new InputDateRange component, significant enhancements to CollectionView, and more. The Wijmo team has recently tested against Angular 11 without any issues. End-users can incorporate existing wijmo.angular2.* modules in Angular 11 today. In addition to Angular 11, Wijmo has added support for the Vue 3 official release. The wijmo.vue2.* modules were upgraded to support Vue 3 so users can continue using the same Vue interop library from Wijmo. The 2020 v3 release also supports React version 17. Wijmo developers have updated the wijmo.react.* modules to support the latest version of React, so end-users can update their Wijmo packages and upgrade to React 17. In this release, end-users will also find a new InputDateRange control for adding date range selections to applications with ease. Specify custom date ranges or use the multi-month calendar in the drop-down to select date ranges with the mouse or keyboard. CollectionView now includes a compelling new featuring for adding calculated fields to datasets. Calculated fields offer dynamic values that update automatically as data changes. This feature can be used by setting the CollectionView calculatedFields property to a value that contains the names of the calculated fields and functions to obtain the field values.
