    Hi All,

I have an issue with printing multiple transparent gifs to the one document using VSPrint7 in our VB6 application.

One of the images will print fine but the other will be a combination of the two images.

Rendering directly to the VSPrinter object using the render method of an ImageBox has the same result.

Attached is a file showing the original images and the result of printing both to the one document.

I have also been looking at printing directly to the VSPrinter object using BitBlt() but that doesn't work at all. It appears that VSPrinter7 does not support BitBlt().

Any ideas on how I can solve this issue, apart from upgrading to a later version of VSPrinter?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello Alan,

VsPrinter7 is a legacy control and no longer supported. I would suggest you to upgrade to VsPrinter 8 to continue using our support. In case the issue persists with VsPrinter8 also let me know.

VsPrinter can be downloaded from the following url :
    http://prerelease.componentone.com/activex/vsview/2013-t2/vsview8_8.0.20132.170.zip

Please refer to the documentation for more details:

    Thanks,

    Hi Richa,

    Thanks for the reply.

Can you tell me if VSPrinter8 resolves this issue? I would not be prepared to purchase it unless it does.

    Regards

    Alan
