Hello,

Among the new features in Spread 4, I've seen : "Bind Data Source to Range".

Where is this feature commented and explained in the help file ? I can't find anything about it in the Developer's Guide ("Managing Data binding"). It explains only how to bind a whole sheet to a data source, not a particular range.

Thanks !

Hello,

This is something I will pass along to documentation to get written up. For now, here is code to take a DataTable and bind it to a range of 1 column, 1 row of cells in Spread.

Dim data As New FarPoint.Win.Spread.Data.SpreadDataBindingAdapter
    data.DataSource = dt
    data.Spread = FpSpread1
    data.SheetName = "Sheet1"
    data.MapperInfo = New FarPoint.Win.Spread.Data.MapperInfo(3, 2, 1, 1)
    data.FillSpreadDataByDataSource()
